What an awe-inspiring two nights, of Embracing God’s love for life. God poured out His Presence amongst those who attended our Embracing Life Galas. Thank you to Derwood Bible Church who graciously hosted us for both nights. Louis Pettinelle Jazz Duo entertained guests during the Reception while they browsed RWC’s first-ever silent auction and mingled over scrumptious Hors d’oeuvres. Dinner catered by Mission BBQ, featured such delicious offerings as beef brisket, roasted turkey, green beans and mac and cheese to name a few. This was topped off by coffee and an assortment of desserts.
 
Colin Seager, Senior Pastor at Derwood Bible opened the program followed by In His Presence Dance Ministry. The entire evening was centered on God allowing staff and volunteers at RWC to serve women in our community. Guests were reminded of God’s faithfulness through the stories of Hagar and Mary.  It was evident in the testimonies of Star and Nate, and Angela (two testimonial videos shown) that God keeps His promise to never leave or forsake us. We reaffirmed RWC’s mission and work for those who are familiar with our ministry and provided a superb introduction to newcomers. 
 
A huge THANK YOU to our generous underwriters who made these events possible, our wonderful table hosts, and all of our amazing volunteers for serving in various capacities. We are truly blessed to partner in this ministry and pray that our guests had a wonderful evening of celebrating life with us.  Thank you to our guests for generously supporting the ministry of RWC.
